A medical device product required the simultaneous release of multilingual user manuals.

After translation, layout adjustments and unified formatting were performed for different language versions, with synchronized proofreading of text and image content.

All language versions achieved consistent layouts and accurate content, making them ready for direct use in registration and market deployment.

An international multicenter clinical trial was scheduled to launch simultaneously in multiple countries. The client needed the Informed Consent Form (ICF) and participant materials to be translated and formatted into multiple language versions to meet ethics submission requirements and ensure readability for participants.

Following medical translation, unified DTP processing was applied to English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, and other versions. Text expansion issues caused by different languages were adjusted, and tables, headers, footers, signature areas, and regulatory formats were proofread item by item.

All language versions featured unified formatting and standardized terminology, successfully passed ethics committee review, and were ready for direct distribution and archiving at clinical centers.

A pharmaceutical company needed to submit drug registration dossiers for multiple countries, including package inserts, labels, and packaging copy, involving multiple languages and varying national regulatory formatting requirements.

In accordance with target market requirements, the project team performed multilingual DTP on the translated files, standardizing fonts, charts, and label layouts while also checking encoding, special symbols, and the display of regulatory language to ensure consistency between print and electronic versions.

The project was completed on schedule, and documents in all languages met local registration formatting requirements, helping the client efficiently advance overseas drug registration and product launch.
